Retriever Communications is a certified wireless extension for Maximo, IBM's premier Asset Management solution. To achieve this IBM "OPAL" status, Retriever has worked with IBM’s Maximo labs and passed their live integration tests and functionality requirement. Retriever is one of only two companies worldwide to have achieved Maximo OPAL status for wireless field technician application and the only one represented in Asiapac. Retriever’s solution for Maximo installations is focused on field technicians with asset inspection or maintenance service requirements. Work orders created in Maximo are sent immediately through the Retriever service to the scheduled mobile field technician. The field technician completes job details on a ruggedized PDA or tablet.
